 Waking Up Early:
Healthy people start their day by waking up early in the morning. Tim Cook, CEO of Apple, wakes up at 3:45 while Michelle Obama starts her day at 4: 30 am. Similarly many other successful people like Tim Armstrong, Ursula Burns, Jeff Immelt and Indra Nooyi wakes up before 7am to start their day with respective works.

 Eating Healthy:
Healthy lifestyle is incomplete without following a healthy diet. It does not necessarily mean eating salad but a well-balanced diet. The nutrients should be present in the food which will fill the body needs of proteins, vitamins and minerals. A healthy diet consists of wholesome food excluding the junk which is full of oil that increases the cholesterol.

Exercising elevates the muscles and makes a person physically fitter. Exercising comes in many forms which includes yoga, aerobics and anaerobic. Many people start their day by meditating which relaxes the mind, body and soul. Exercising helps the muscles to become more flexible and perform better. It helps a person to perform everyday duties effectively and efficiently.

Reading is the exercise of the mind and helps in increasing the mental strength. People who read books are much more relaxed and have ample of knowledge. Reading sooths a person from worldly stress and tensions and it helps the person to imagine a different world. Reading a book before going to bed is one of the qualities of successful people. This also includes making list of things that they plan to do the other day.

 Maintaining Balance in Life:
A well balance life is possible when a person compartmentalize every aspects of his life including work and leisure. Maintaining equilibrium in life means that you have control over your life. This helps people immensely as they are able to give time to their loved ones and work correspondingly.
