5 Reason why you should consider a conservatory

The last few months have been quite intense for me because I decided that my house needed a change, so I started working hard to make that happen. Since space is a very important aspect in every house, not only in mine, I decided to do some research and see how I could expand my house in order to obtain the much-needed space that we're all after.

Of course, the answer came quite fast because I've had this in mind of r a while and I guess that now was just the perfect time to go for it, a conservatory that is. Why a conservatory, you might wonder. Well, to answer better your question, I've put together a list of reasons of why a conservatory would be a great addition to any house. Enjoy!

1. Adds value to the house - No one makes such an investment to the house with the thought of selling it after, but things happen and if you do have to sell your house, you need to know that a conservatory will add up to the value of your house, so it won't be a loss.

2. Provides extra space - Ah, the joy! I don't think I've ever met anyone who doesn't love some extra space to their house, especially if you have children. There are so many types of conservatories out there, but the best one, in my opinion, is the Edwardian conservatory. I like it so much because its form allows you to make the maximum of your space and to place all the furniture to your liking.

3. Natural light - One of the great benefits of a conservatory is the fact that it fills your home with natural light creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The fact that all this natural light comes in, brings also financial benefits because you will save more energy.

4. Decorating heaven - First of all, you need to decide what will you use the conservatory for. Is it for the kid's play room, or a new dining room, or just your relaxation place. If you have that figured it out, then decoration will be a piece of cake. The Internet is full of great ideas, but you can always show your decoration skills too. Keep in mind that less is more and keep things simple.

5. Closer to nature - A conservatory is a perfect structure within which you can enjoy all the wonderful natural sights from the comfort of your own home. You can enjoy the great views all year round, without having to worry about bad weather.

Long story short, a conservatory can add a lot of usable space to your property and provide the perfect family and relaxation space.
